Echoes of Kinship

In an age where identity is fragmented by screens and algorithms, “Echoes of Kinship” was born from the artist’s yearning to explore what still connects us at the most primal level: family, community, and belonging.

The artist drew inspiration from a recurring childhood dream—five shadowy beings standing under a burnt-orange sky, communicating not through words, but through presence. In this dream, they were neither gods nor humans, but something in between—guardians of memory. Upon waking, the artist was struck by the idea that our ancestors and descendants live within us simultaneously, each of us a thread in a larger tapestry.

By using abstract forms, the artist invites viewers to project their own interpretations onto the figures: Are they a family unit? Spiritual guides? Facets of one soul? The ambiguity is intentional—it is in the space between forms that meaning arises.
